Terms and conditions
Version 30 October 2026
These terms apply to all offers, orders and deliveries by Huski Chocolate, Papierbaan 2A, Winschoten (the Netherlands), Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 95425748, VAT NL867126012B01.
1. Scope
These terms apply to every agreement between Huski Chocolate and a business customer. Deviations apply only if agreed in writing.
The customer's own terms and conditions do not apply.
2. Offers and prices
All prices are in euros and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Huski extract carries 9% VAT, machines and mugs 21%.
Customer-specific price agreements take precedence over webshop prices.
Obvious errors in an offer do not bind Huski Chocolate.
3. Ordering
An agreement is formed when the customer places an order in the webshop or accepts a quotation in writing.
Huski Chocolate may refuse an order, for example due to insufficient stock or creditworthiness.
4. Payment
Payment is made online via Mollie or, where enabled for the customer, on account.
Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date.
In case of late payment the customer owes statutory commercial interest and reasonable collection costs without further notice.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are indicative. Exceeding them does not entitle the customer to compensation or termination unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
6. Retention of title
Delivered goods, in particular machines, remain the property of Huski Chocolate until all amounts have been paid in full.
7. Warranty
Refurbished machines carry a 6-month warranty and new machines a 1-year warranty, from the delivery date.
The warranty does not cover misuse, insufficient maintenance or cleaning, use of non-Huski products, or repairs by third parties.
Huski Chocolate decides whether a defect is repaired or the part or machine is replaced.
8. Complaints
Visible defects must be reported within 8 days of delivery, other defects within 8 days of discovery, by email or phone.
A complaint does not suspend the obligation to pay.
9. Liability
Huski Chocolate's liability is limited to the invoice amount of the order concerned.
Huski Chocolate is not liable for indirect damage such as lost revenue or profit, except in case of intent or gross negligence.
10. Force majeure
In case of force majeure Huski Chocolate may postpone delivery or terminate the agreement without compensation.
11. Governing law
Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district of Noord-Nederland. The Dutch version prevails in case of discrepancies.
